My ideal job :)

I would like to work in my own clinic for small animals, with different specialists in different areas to cover more on the problems that may have pets. I love the area of small animals, although is said that the workplace is minimal, because I started this career because of dogs, my dog mostly.
I would like to work with various specialists, as I said, in many areas, a clinic with everything that might need an animal, either a rabbit, a dog, cat, etc, and in my clinic to achieve the desired state of health, even psychologists XD
I do not want a boss of any kind, I don't consider it necessary, I believe that me and my colleagues can do a good company, with trust and mutual support, with an accountant to take care of finances so that there is no problem of monetary.
The working hours we will use will be needed to treat patients. Even I think of some innovative ideas that I do not tell to do not to steal them hahaha XD
The most rewarding part of this work is the support we provide to the animals, and I think a part of a clinic, I would like to establish a shelter that does not charge, that does not sacrifice animals, that rehabilitate and give them a good home. That has always been my dream and I would be happy to do so.

My favorite Subject...?

From the begining of this year I have been thinking about what subject I like most, and I can not even find out.I love what I'll career for in the future, however, the first year is boring because what we do has very little to do with the career itself .
I think Zoology class is my "favorite" because it is the only one that has something to do with animals, perhaps, I don't love it.
Is interesting to know how the different organisms, from the unicellular to the largest, learning taxonomic classifications and other, yet I think it is a very general class that gives us a broad view of the various living beings.
This subject gives us a number of concepts you need to know as veterinarian and we should learn this concepts and associate them in different species.
Zoology is interesting, the laboratories were very entertaining and showed us the reality in practice, what papper can not teach us.

The one who I admire

I'm going to talk you about a beautiful and almost nameless story about the veterinary who inspired me to be a vet, and who saved the life of my dog.

It all began with me and my family with a very ill boxer dog and we didn't know what to do with her, because in the city where I live there were not any real veterinan, except for those who pretend to be onda and killed your dog with an injection, but that's another story. Continuing with this, we went to one of the real veterinarians in Rengo, a ver anger woman who hate my little dog and every living creature in this world, and she just gave us a cellphone number of a good veterinary who could help us with our problem, He's name is Daniel Muñoz, she said. We call him inmediately, and over half an hour, He was in my house with all his instruments. He loved my dog, and she loved him too, she looked at her and said : We have to operate now or she'll die. We was absolutley shocked.....

Then, my father cames home and he had Mili (my dog) in his arms....she was saved, she was fine.

One week later, she got something stranger because the operation was a hysterectomy and she couldn't be in heat.... but she was, she was bleeding. We called this doctor and he said she has cancer, she has TVT (Transmissible venereal tumor) and she needs chemotherapy. 

She treated her, and she survived.

Daniel Muñoz (I think it was his name, because I just remember his surname clearly) was a great stundent of University of Chile, He made an exchange to USA and he studied photography one year in that country. Afterwards he cames back to Chile to help every dog he could, and he save my dog's life. I admire him in an unexplainable way, because if he wouldn't appear that day in my house, my dog could be dead since years.

Nowadays, he works at PDI and he's still the greatest veterinary ever!

MY LOVE STORY

You should be asking why did I decide to study veterinary. Well, when I was child I used to believe cats were the most beautiful animals in the world because of the movie Aristocats. When I grew up I loved  all the animals, every living creature on the world, also bugs. I started collectioning things about different dog breeds, their tipical  diseases and I was convinced of studying veterinary, but inside of me a new love was growing : dead people, and I left veterinary behind.
I left the school completely lost about what I wanna do in my future, so I chose anything just to be free and my first semester in the university began, with weird books, a different language being spoken as if it were spanish and so happy because I was the only person in my family who has been student of the University of Chile. I has chosen English Literature. Time goes on, and I was so unhappy, because every morning , when I was going to the university, I saw suffering animales, dogs with ther legs broken, or something worst, dead dogs or dogs dying and I did not know what to do... I had just one clear thing in my mind: I wanna help those creatures who can not talk.
My life became something weird afer that decision, and in a month, I had left the university and I was in my house again, with "my tail between my legs" and trying to overcome all what leaving a career involves.
Now I'm so happy because I'll be the one who will help all those beautiful cratures who share the world with us. I wanna defend what they deserve and try to do something to people never hurt them again.

The Beggining

Hello everyone, My name is Ana Maria Nilo and this is my new, the first blog I've ever had.
I'm here in my little flat, completely lonely trying to write about something, but when I look around I know what I wanna write about: my little baby, my baby boxer!!!
I started to live alone this year because I'm not from here, I'm from Rengo, so I had to left all my memories there to star all over again by myself.
My flat is little, but it has everything I need, but my little girl, Mili. She is the best dog that could exist!!! I love her, she is 6 years old..... she is my "Old man face" my "monkey girl", my "ant face", she has million of  different names, because I love her and when I see her wrinkled face.... I see all the tender things of the universe , and I miss her so much..... she is like a sister for me and one of my inspirations to be a good veterinary
